Does VisioLab work completely unattended overnight?
Yes. VisioLab is designed to run without staff supervision. The AI runs locally on the iPad, so if a network connection is temporarily lost, the system can still process checkouts without interruption. Staff can leave the unit in place overnight and it will be ready to go at the next opening.
What payment methods does it support?
VisioLab supports all major payment methods and QR code integrations when set up with your existing payment infrastructure.
What if the AI doesn't recognize the correct item?
Check that the training images are up to date. If necessary, you can retake them in just 3 minutes and retrain the AI.
Is VisioLab GDPR compliant?
VisioLab does not process facial data or biometric data. Item recognition is based solely on images of beverages & food. We provide a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to all our customers.
