Menu updates are managed through VisioHub. For each new item, take 5–20 photos — under 5 seconds per image — assign a price, and trigger AI retraining. Retraining takes 3–5 minutes and requires no technical knowledge. Daily menu changes are live before service starts.
Does VisioLab support student account and campus card payments?
Yes. VisioLab supports dedicated account payments alongside card and mobile payments when integrated to your existing POS solution. For full back-of-house integrations, VisioLab can handle QR scanning of student vouchers on the iPad natively. No extra hardware required.
How long does a full deployment take?
A single unit is operational in under 10 minutes. Multi-unit deployments across a campus are typically completed within one working day.
Is VisioLab GDPR compliant?
VisioLab does not process facial data or biometric data. Item recognition is based solely on images of beverages & food. We provide a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to all our customers.
Can VisioLab run alongside existing cashier stations?
Yes. VisioLab operates independently and does not require changes to your existing setup. It can be added to any point in the service flow without disrupting current operations.
