Global Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Permanent position




As our global marketing manager, you’ll be acting as a member of the marketing team and take over multiple customer touchpoints and channels, while reporting directly to our Head of Growth. We combine all our sales and marketing functions in a unified growth department, managing all our growth and revenue generating activities. Your value creation will be along all our client touch points throughout the whole funnel from traffic & lead generation, over lead nurturing to conversion and customer success. Your primary focus will be on the identification of new channels for different clients, account-based marketing strategies, content creation, press & media coverage as well as planning and managing events. You will be supported by a team of experienced marketers, working students and interns, and you will manage multiple agencies and freelancers turning the team’s ideas into reality.

  • You have a bachelor degree in the field of business, communications (or related)
  • A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • You have a holistic understanding and ideally experience in marketing and digital marketing.
  • Ideally, you have 1-2 years of marketing experience in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment.
  • You are a strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled and fluent in both German and English.
  • You are a self-starter with a high level of coordinating and project management skills.
  • Absolute hands on mentality and the ability to self-organize multiple projects at once and under budget and time constraints.
  • You have worked with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CRM Software like HubSpot.
  • You managed campaigns or projects and budgets on your own and ideally are used to operate with freelancers and agencies.
  • Growth mindset with can do attitude.

Your tasks

  • Developing new channel strategies for different client profiles
  • Actively driving results and keep track the team’s success with analytics tools
  • Delivering detailed reports and analysis on campaigns
  • Managing activities along the marketing value chain
  • Creating and implementing marketing plans for specific products or services, using data to identify potential customers and designing promotions
  • Identifying new opportunities in the market for existing products
  • Conducting research and identifying potential customers
  • Exploring customer needs
  • Coordinating with sales staff and agencies to provide detailed go-to-market strategies
  • Analyzing data to determine how effective a marketing campaign was and optimizing accordingly
  • Developing marketing materials and assets
  • Comparing relevant market participants and observing market trends
  • Exploring and scoping new markets for entry and creating a holistically positioned approach
  • Planning resources, budget, and timelines for your campaign's and the execution
  • Making Informed decisions and communicate them with strong presentations and calculations
